Aéra Heights in Carmona is approximately 30 kilometers from the Makati Central Business District. From Metro Manila, the estate can be reached via the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), or the Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX).

The Aéra Heights estate is currently accessible through Governor’s Drive in the city of Carmona. Future developments promise connections to other growth centers south of Metro Manila such as NUVALI and Broadfield.

Aéra Heights will be developed by Ayala Land in partnership with Royal Asia Land, a Member of the Kuok Group. The Kuok Group is a multinational conglomerate engaged in diverse businesses including properties, hospitality, and logistics.

Ciela is a short 1.5 kilometer climb from Governors Drive. This is an actual photo of the site for Aéra Heights and its surrounding areas (e.g. Canyon Ranch, San Lazaro Leisure Park).

Ciela will be perched on the ridges of the highland district of Aéra Heights. The neigbourhood will overlook the estate’s natural waterways and lush greenways.
