Lanewood Hills will be developed by Ayala Land in partnership with Cathay Land. The development will be accessible from Metro Manila through the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) via the Mamplasan, Sta. Rosa, and Eton exits.

One major route to the Lanewood Hills development is through the Cavote-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) which can be accessed through the South Luzon Expressway’s Mamplasan Interchange. CALAX will traverse the Laguna Park Interchange, the Laguna Boulevard Interchange, the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road Interchange, and the Silang East Interchange.

Lanewood Hills will have easy access south toward the province of Batangas via a new government roadway project called the Cavite-Tagaytay Batangas Expressway (CTBEX). The CTBEX is a 50 km tolled expressway that starts at the Silang East Interchange of CALAx, and ends in Nasugbu Batangas.

Lanewood Hills will be surrounded by a number of commercial establishments including but not limited to the Laguna Technopark, the Westborough Town Center, S&R, SM Savemore, Lakeside Evozone, and Solenad 1, 2, and 3.

There are several educational establishments within the vicinity of the Lanewood Hills neighbourhood. Some of the most prominent institutions in the area are the Ateneo Graduate School, De La Salle Canlubang, University of Sto. Tomas Sta. Rosa, and St. Scholastica’s College.

Lanewood Hills will have easy access to different leisure establishments and medical facilities. The Medical City South Luzon is an 8.2 km, 17-minute leisurely drive down the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road from the neighbourhood. The region boasts several golf and county clubs, and is only half an hour away from Tagaytay proper.
